A look back at 2013

As the new year marks our 5th Anniversary, we find ourselves celebrating and breaking all New Year’s resolutions, tucking into a 5 layer cake, made by my delightful other half, Emma.

As I sit and stuff myself and before we get well and truly stuck into 2014, I just wanted to reflect on our biggest moments of 2013…


Back in March we helped revolutionise healthy snacking with our creation of the new, all natural, free-from FRANK* brand. The launch was such a success that in week one at Planet Organic (the UK’s largest organic supermarket chain) the snack bar range sold nearly three times that of the store’s existing category leader. We also started a recruitment drive, to add further depth to our creative team, hitting gold when we welcomed on-board Mike J.

Mike oozes creativity and style, as well as an uncanny resemblance to Colin Farrell.

In June we were lucky enough to witness Simon, our founding Creative Director tie the knot to the lovely Georgina, at a beautiful venue overlooking the ocean in Cala Figuera, Mallorca.

Robot Food has evolved a lot over the past five years years and we are proven and trusted, with a load of successful projects under our belt. Our new identity had to suggest this and the icon is derived from a registered trademark symbol, which clearly promotes what we do. The strap-line, ‘In creative we conquer’ leaves no doubt that we are confident in our ability to maximise opportunity, every time. See more


Summer saw Stoats launch a full rebrand, which we started in late 2012. The aim was to create a more engaging brand proposition to gain listings with a major multiple. Stirring in some energy, vibrancy and lashings of verbal and visual personality, we helped lift them from dusty mediocrity onto the gleaming shelves of all major supermarkets.

Amazingly by late 2013 sales had doubled from when we began the work! See more


In July Beanies relaunched, with a fresh new design we created to gain listings with a major supermarket. Through our RAD™ process, we refined the proposition, amplifying its USP – Flavour, and then dialled it some! It’s been such a success that Beanies is listed in Sainsbury’s nationwide and brand sales grew tenfold in just 6 months! See more


July was a busy time with the launch of another strategic rebrand. Leading European, online sports supplements company, Bulk Powders had appointed us after a three-way pitch, due to our credentials and hands-on approach.

It seems they’re pretty pleased with their agency choice, as Managing Director, Elliot Dawes recently said, “we’re also delighted to report that brand sales have doubled this year. This is largely down to our rebrand and shows the impact of great design. Gym-goers of all demographics now see us as a trusted, desirable lifestyle brand and our new ‘performance icon’ is instantly recognisable. Demand for our t-shirts, shakers, and other branded merchandise is huge and is playing a big role in brand visibility for ed pills visit . Even though we’ve grown consistently over the ten years we’ve been trading, this is by far our most rewarding period of growth.” See more
