New MyProtein Pouches

Here are the new MyProtein MP Max pouches that we designed. They are available for order direct from MyProtein now and soon to follow will be MP Max Elle, Elite and the MP Core range, which we renamed (previously ‘Essentials’).

The aim of the design is to appear more innovative and scientific, as more people buy into sports nutrition products. We simplified the existing branding, introducing new fonts and symbols. The packs are easy to read with key messaging to suggest number of portions etc. We also suggested the new company strap-line, “Fuel Your Ambition”, which is direct and emotive and can be applied to weight loss products and health suppliments, as well as protein powders.

It’s the hottest day of the year, so it’s crazy to be thinking about AGAs, but we’ve just been apointed to design a new corporate identity and website for Country Warmth; the authorised AGA distributor for North Yorkshire, Ryedale and the Humberside regions.

Mini Bites Out Now

They are a more grown-up proposition than Minis as they come in a large sharing bag and we reflected this in the design.

Sustain Soap

Here’s some amazing concept work by Artist Network collaborator Simon Inman. It’s an NPD idea for soap made from 100% RSPO certified sustainable palm oil. “The design would not only stand out on shelf, but also inform and educate the consumer.

In Indonesia and Malaysia, over thirty square miles of wildlife-rich forest are being felled daily to make way for palm oil plantations. With such a devastating impact on animal habitats, many endangered species such as tigers, orangutans and even lizards are now on the verge of extinction.”

After researching the market, a simple texture based illustration style was developed for three different bars. Simon created a character for each bar based on animal species in danger of becoming extinct from unsustainable palm oil production. Creative copy gave each animal real personality and also highlighted their plight.

It may only be a little bar of soap, but using products that contain unsustainable palm oil has serious consequences for our planet. As the strapline says ‘Wash your hands of unsustainable palm oil’, you’ll not only have clean hands, but also a cleaner conscience.”
