The Role
Working under the Head of Client Services, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is confident in their abilities, with a keen commercial focus and a strong creative flair. This is a pivotal role within the business managing an account for a global business with an impressive brand portfolio and as such, there is huge scope for personal and career development. We are growing fast and need people who are going to grow with us – with an option to progress to Senior AM for the right candidate.

• Day to day running of our key account – a global food business with a portfolio of national and global brands
• Involvement in other accounts – from start up SME’s to lifestyle brands
• Managing creative projects from brief right through to final artwork ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Client liaision – building strong relationships with our clients to meet their needs and striving to over-deliver.
• Taking creative briefs from clients and gaining a clear understanding of the objectives. Able to raise any questions, push back and add value before commencing work.
• Creation and management of critical paths for each given project.
• Some level of creative input within the studio to ensure that work is always on-brief and will meet client expectations.
• Gain a great level of understanding of client accounts and seek to drive additional revenue.
• Report directly to the Head of Client Services with an aim to deliver commercially viable, strategic solutions for our clients.

Salary – £24 – £28,000 depending on experience

Experience: Must have had at least 2 years experience at AM level at a creative agency. Experience client-side would be a definite advantage.

Car ownership would also be an advantage
