The Role

Working alongside the account management team and Creative Director, we are looking for an experienced Artwork & Production Manager who is passionate and confident, with keen organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. This is a pivotal role within the business overseeing the back end of many creative projects. We are growing fast and need people who are going to grow with us.

  • Obsessed with the finer detail. An in-depth knowledge of artwork process, packaging substrates, print and production, and a meticulous attention to detail is key, to ensure the highest standard of final output.
  • Knowledge is power. We want to know everything that’s possible regarding print and substraits up front on every project.
  • Hands-on. Artwork production of packaging, advertising & POS is a big part of this role, as well as managing a small artwork team.


  • Produce schedules for work, while collaborating with internal staff and external suppliers to ensure lead times are achievable.
  • To plan additional studio resource, where necessary, to alleviate busy periods.
  • To communicate and liaise between the accounts and creative team, before and during work in production, to ensure awareness and effective trafficking.
  • Attend any creative briefings, where necessary, and ensure sufficient production information is obtained to produce a proposal/quote.
  • Lead pre production meetings with clients and suppliers (on/offsite), offering technical advice and solutions to achieve consistency and cost saving, where possible.
  • Ensure artwork files are created and delivered on time to printers/repro, in the required format.
  • Final quality check of all artwork, to ensure consistency, colour correction, print tolerances, legality and correct file set up to supplied print specs.
  • Supplier liaison – building strong relationships with our suppliers to meet their requirements.
  • Some level of creative input within the studio to ensure that work is according to print specs and offer alternative solutions where necessary.
  • Identify and troubleshoot swiftly and effectively any issues that may arise while projects are in progress, and where necessary suggest and implement procedures that will alleviate re-occurrence.
  • Attend press passes when necessary, to ensure colour and print consistency.
  • House keeping – ensuring internal processes are adhered to in an organised manner, following set folder structures.


Salary – £30 – £38,000 depending on experience

Car ownership would also be an advantage
