The Position:

We’ve got big plans. Plans that mean we’re on the lookout for a Creative Strategist. Working with our Senior Creative Strategist, you’ll play an important role within the agency, integral to the thinking behind every project and shaping of the agency’s future.

Strategy looks different in every agency, which is why we’re not so concerned by what processes you know and more interested in the way you think. We’re strategic – not stubborn, and this role is one to bring your ideas to and help us build our strategic offer.

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking a brief and getting to the heart of it. Understanding our client’s business, objectives, audiences and ambitions.
  • Research – a strategist’s bread and butter. Conducting research and analysing trends to get to the heart of the problem for our clients and, of course, uncover the stickiest of insights.
  • Supporting the creation of and running engaging client workshops. You’ll have experience presenting to clients, working a room and getting the best out of all participants.
  • Creating compelling brand strategies. Positioning brands, conceiving big ideas and working collaboratively with the team throughout the project to ensure your strategy stays on track.
  • Lending your flair for creative writing to support our Copywriter on various projects, when needed.
  • Feeding into Robot Food’s thought leadership and PR efforts, with direction from our Marketing Manager, through idea generation and opinion for RF specific content.

Working Environment:

Our office is based in the centre of Leeds and like most businesses we are currently offering hybrid working with a current requirement of 1-2 days/week in the office.

What’s in it for you:

£30-35k dependent on experience

Holiday allowance of 28 days plus UK Bank Holidays

Performance related bonus
