Working with both internal teams and external partners you’ll ensure our plans are realised. The Position:

This is an important role within the agency and you will be reporting into the agency founder and working across all teams. The main focus of this role is to contribute to the delivery of our marketing plan, setting and updating timings, making people accountable for delivering their tasks and adjusting plans accordingly to hit our goals.

You’ll arrange for content to be released and you’ll be diarising posts and press releases. Proactive, tenacious and understanding, you’re the kind of person who knows how to get things done and keep everyone on side.

As a key member the team responsible for our marketing activity, an understanding of PR and/or marketing would be highly advantageous, as there’s the opportunity to grow within the role to support and shape our content and help Robot Food break new ground in the marketplace.

In addition to the above you’ll be a valuable extra resource to the account handling team, supporting them with any ad hoc project management and studio trafficking requests when workload dictates.

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting our marketing plan to deliver against the agreed outputs/content.
• Working with the Founder and agency teams to develop compelling content.
• Ensure our marketing activity is consistent and error free.
• Diarise key meetings across the team and co-ordinating internal communication.
• Manage the supply of content to our PR agency.
• Manage our CRM database.
• Post content to our social channels.
• Inputting into our marketing plan to help contribute to the growth of the business.
• Keeping us current and ahead of our competitors.
• Managing our suite of marketing materials such as emails, blogs, case studies, creds decks and videos.
• Acting as our brand guardian to keep us on message at all times.
• Responding quickly and efficiently to ad hoc opportunities.
• Providing general administrative support across the business aiding teams based on ad hoc requirements and the general running of the studio.

Essentials for the role:

This is a full-time position. You’ll have excellent organisational/project management experience and an understanding of design/marketing/branding. Ideally with a degree in an associated subject you’re looking to get your foot in the door and start making your mark in the industry.

Working Environment:

Our office is based in the centre of Leeds and like most businesses we are currently offering hybrid working with a current requirement of 1-2 days/week in the office.

What’s in it for you:

Up to £23k dependent on experience.

Holiday allowance of 28 days plus UK Bank Holidays.

Performance related bonus.
