The role:

You’ll be a key member of the Production Team. Reporting to and supporting the Studio Production Manager, you’ll be responsible for making sure artwork builds run smoothly, efficiently and are technically accurate to print specifications and client requirements.

You’ll work across a whole host of different projects, for a great mix of clients – from large, global corps to start ups and disruptive challenger brands. You’ll be responsible for leading the project though every stage of production, building strong relationships with clients, printers, suppliers and repro agencies to guarantee everything we do meets the requirements.


Who we’re looking for:

A Project Manager with a good understanding of varying print methods and the challenges faced with each type, ideally with at least 2 years production management experience in a creative agency or similar.

– You’ll be comfortable liaising with printers, clients and the design team to help bring our creative vision to life.

– You’ll have top notch organisational skills and an excellent attention to detail. You’ll be expected to file away important documents clearly and maintain spreadsheets.

– You’re a problem solver who can be relied upon to resolve and overcome challenges with print, artwork file builds, deadlines and colour accuracy.

– You’re comfortable offering guidance and direction to designers where needed to ensure designs are realistic and achievable.

– You’re able to maintain existing, and create new production contacts to help us expand our knowledge across all areas of print production.

– You’re not afraid to push back or challenge suppliers to get the best results possible.

– You’re good at working as part of a team and by yourself and can keep a level head when working to strict deadlines and specific guidelines.

– You’re happy being in pre-production meetings as well as taking the lead on calls to chat print production, design intent and colour management.


Essentials:

A minimum of 2 years production management experience, across branding and packaging design. A driving licence is a plus!
