The role:

This is a crucial role in the agency as you’ll be a key player in the client services team. Reporting to the Senior Account Director, you’ll seek out new opportunities, have a keen focus on business growth and be responsible for making sure all our projects run smoothly.

You’ll work with a great mix of clients – from large, global corps to start ups and disruptive challenger brands. You’ll be responsible for leading the project from start to finish, building strong client relationships and offering strategic input to push our work to the next level.

Who we’re looking for:

A first rate senior account manager/account director with at least 4 years client services experience in a creative agency.

You’re a real ‘people person’. We need someone who’ll get on with clients and other team members and build strong and trusting client relationships.

A thinker and a do-er. A strategic mind is key, someone who can get to grips with all things brand and articulate their opinion well, but then switch gears quickly and get stuff done.

Leadership. Offering advice to our clients and giving them a plan of action to help with their challenges. We want someone who’ll lead and inspire our team to deliver the best work possible.

Knowledge is power. The key to success is delving deep into our client’s business and their brand. We need someone who can immerse themselves in our client’s world and become an expert in their category.

Commercial focus. Keen commercial awareness goes without saying. You'll have a track record of uncovering opportunities with new and existing clients and will help deliver commercially creative work that gets results.


Essentials:

A minimum of 4 years client services experience, across branding and packaging design. You must have a driving licence and be happy to travel when needed.
