Strengthening our senior team for future growth
Off the back of another successful year, we’re excited to announce the promotions of two senior members of the team. Dave Timothy, is now our Managing Director and Jess Cook our Client Director.
These recent changes, alongside the promotion of Ben Brears to Creative Director, come as a result of a flurry of big client wins. Most notably landing a coveted place on Carlsberg’s global design roster earlier this year. As well as the opportunity to sink our teeth into global branding projects for FMCG giants Arla and Samworth Brothers, and deliver strategic overhauls for challenger brands Vocation Brewery and Over The Spoon – to name just a few.
Taking on the role of MD, Dave is responsible for all high-level operations, working to maximise our resources to, not only meet, but exceed our strategic goals. He’ll also be acting as a thought leader for the business, flying the flag for our work and championing us internally to take our commercial creativity to the next level.
Senior Account Director Jess, now takes a step up to Client Director, heading up our account management team. She’ll be continuing to work across the whole team to build strong professional partnerships, improve our processes and deliver maximum added value to firmly position us in the hearts and minds of our clients.
Speaking about his promotion, Dave says: “Having been part of the last five years of growth, it’s awesome to take up the new role and build on the momentum and reputation we have as an agency. We’ve got an amazing team of people here who all take so much pride in what they do, so I’m really looking forward to showing more people what we’re capable of.”
Jess adds: “Despite the hardships Covid has created, I couldn’t be prouder of the work we’ve produced over the last couple of years. We’ve developed strong relationships with clients old and new and as we look to the future, I’m really looking forward to building upon and deepening those partnerships, whilst continuing to grow as a team".
Together, Dave and Jess will be working closely with Simon and the rest of the senior leadership team to set out our UK and global business strategy for the next few years. With the aim of expanding our pillar client base and overall strengthening the agency for future growth.
