Account Manager

This is a vital role within the agency and you will be a key player in the client services function within the studio, developing relationships with existing clients, as well as new ones. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of projects from a great mix of clients – from large, global corps to startups and smaller challenger brands. You’ll be driving the life cycle of projects – from client meetings, through to final artwork. This will involve creating timing plans, managing budgets, and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers. You’ll focus on working with the account handling team to identify opportunities to increase revenue.

Essentials:

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a creative brand agency. Packaging design experience is not essential for this position.

Must have a driving licence and be willing to travel when necessary.

Salary – £22k to £26k based on experience.

Creative Retoucher

We need an experienced Retoucher who can apply their skills in both the design and artwork stages of a project, with the flexibility to undertake 3D visualisation and photography when required. 

Following detailed briefs, the candidate will be relied upon to execute high-resolution imagery that meets print and online specifications and have a good understanding of print methods and online requirements. Additional experience in FMCG packaging design would be an advantage but isn’t essential.

This role has the added opportunity for involvement in the early creative stages of the design process, working with designers to produce high-end 3D visuals and elements that help to conceptualize our ideas. From time to time there will also be a requirement to work in our in-house photography studio, capturing beauty shots of packaging, product ingredients and lifestyle material.

You will join as part of the Production department, reporting to the Studio Production Manager and will maintain good communication with all relevant team members on the status of each project.

Flexibility to work on both creative and executional briefs in both design and artwork stages including 3D visualisation and photography.

A multi-tasker with experience in executing photography briefs and retouching.

Knowledge is power. You stay up to date on current design trends, all things print and are happy to share new techniques with the wider team.

A good understanding of print methods and online technical requirements would be ideal.

Solid & dependable. You can be counted on to meet deadlines and are a solid performer who consistently delivers. Happy to work independently and stays focused under pressure.

Time is of the essence. You have a good sense of urgency and can instil urgency in others, prioritise well and can meet attendance/punctuality requirements.

Essentials:

Must have at least 2 years experience in the design or advertising industry and have previous relevant qualifications that support your application. A passion for packaging design is essential for this position.

Salary – £25-35K based on experience
